rates

  • Services are charged at $40/hour (GST included). These rates are in effect Monday to Friday.

  • Weekends, statutory holidays, and after hour rates are charged at $60/hour (GST included).

  • We accept cash, cheque, or email/bank transfer. $25 charge for NSF cheques.

  • Payment is due upon completion of services or arrangements made with client.

  • Rates do not include cost of purchases (groceries/prescriptions).  Costs associated with the service will be invoiced to the client.

  • Group rates (pick up groceries/dry cleaning/prescriptions)
    -these rates are available for those living in the same apartment complex or neighbourhood.
    -$25/person*
    *includes delivery and putting away of groceries

 

policies

  • Services are subject to a one hour minimum charge.  Additional time is billed in one hour increments.

  • Services requiring completion of errands over 25kms from the customer's location will be billed at $.40/km.

  • Cancellation policy
    -24 hours notice required if service is to be cancelled or rescheduled.  
    Heart and Home Errand Services will do its best to reschedule as soon as possible.
